This Carrollton Stone Wall shows how our walls can be built in all shapes and sizes. For this project JCL was asked to replace an existing wall that had been previously built using wooden railroad ties, which had deteriorated over time.
Carrollton Stone Wall Overview
First, the old wooden beams were removed and the surrounding dirt was stabilized. Then, a new foundation was laid and a new retaining wall was constructed using chopped Milsap Stone, a material that’s well-known for its durability and consistent shape. Drainage holes add to the functionality of the retaining wall. The curved design blends well with the natural landscaping.
